Recently, the post doctoral scientific research workstation of Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd. held the "post doctoral mid-term assessment report meeting of Hangxiao steel structure enterprise" for Jiang Xiong and Li Peng of the Industrial Green Building Research Institute. The assessment team was composed of professors from Zhejiang University and the internal expert team of Hangxiao steel structure group.

Zhao Xing, researcher of the technical office of Hangzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau, Sun Li, section chief of the talent development section of Xiaoshan District human resources and Social Security Bureau, and Xuan Hao, deputy section chief, attended the meeting.

Li Peng first gave a report on the mid-term assessment. Professor Fan Xianping was the review team leader, and Professor Yang Hui, he kuizheng senior engineer, Liu xiaoguangzheng senior engineer, Hu Lizheng senior engineer and Ying Ying senior engineer were the review members. The mid-term results of the subject development and Application Research of special interface agent for steel structure with anti-corrosion coating were reviewed.

Next, Jiang Xiong made a mid-term assessment report. Professor Lou Wenjuan was the assessment team leader, and Associate Professor Xu Haiwei, Liu Xiaoguang Zheng senior engineer, Hu lilizheng senior engineer and Ying Ying senior engineer were the assessment members. The mid-term results of the topic "Research on new steel structure prefabricated residential structure system" were reviewed.

The two postdoctoral fellows elaborated on the progress of the subject, focusing on the pioneering work content and the main phased achievements, and elaborated on the problems and measures taken in the progress of the subject, as well as the key points and plans for the next step. Each expert group raised questions on the two topics, and the two doctoral candidates made on-site defense. The expert group conducted in-depth discussion and evaluation, pointed out the remaining problems, and gave suggestions for improvement. The final opinions of the two postdoctoral candidates in the mid-term examination were excellent.

Finally, Zhao Xing, an investigator of the special technology office of Hangzhou human resources and Social Security Bureau, congratulated the two incoming postdoctors of Hangzhou Xiaogang steel structure on successfully completing the mid-term assessment, thanked Zhejiang University for its support to the talent construction and postdoctoral work in Hangzhou, introduced the current situation and policies of the postdoctoral workstation of Hangzhou enterprises, and put forward opinions and suggestions on the relationship between the postdoctoral project and enterprise development. Sun Li, head of the talent development section of Xiaoshan District human resources and Social Security Bureau, and Xuan Hao, deputy head of the section, affirmed the mid-term achievements of the two postdoctoral subjects, and praised the enterprise development of Hangzhou Xiaoshan steel structure in recent years and the work of talent introduction in Xiaoshan District, and expressed their expectations for the smooth development of the follow-up research work and engineering application of the postdoctoral subjects.

As the first steel structure listed company in China, Hangxiao Steel Structure Co., Ltd. formally established a national post doctoral scientific research workstation in early 2006 with the strong support of provincial, municipal and district personnel departments. Since its establishment, it has trained many postdoctoral personnel. The workstation has always focused on technology research and development and talent introduction, helping the enterprise to innovate and develop, and accelerating the realization of the strategic vision of the enterprise.
